Our Founder
Dr. Nidhi Joshi MSc, Ph.D. (Founder of NJBIOME)
During her Ph.D. (Biotechnology) at IIT Roorkee, Dr. Nidhi Joshi had noticed the lack of information and enthusiasm prevailing in the students relating to higher education in the field of biotechnology. She had also noticed that the students from rural areas as well as small cities are not aware of the higher education and the scope that biotechnology withheld for the future. Most of the students are not having any knowledge on the entrance exams required to get them admitted in pioneer and prestigious institutes of India. Though there is a lack of information but students are enthusiastic to learn and this spark in students had inspired Dr. Nidhi Joshi to create a platform which could provide them with detailed information on the scope and opportunities in area of biotechnology.
Prior to founding NJBOIME, Dr. Joshi was a research scholar in the department of biotechnology at IIT Roorkee. Dr. Joshi has qualified UGC-CSIR-NET JRF (2013 & 2014, AIR-64 & 28), GATE (2013), and ARS-NET (2013 & 2014). In addition to publishing numerous articles in several widely-recognized and internationally accepted peer-reviewed journals, Dr. Joshi have acquired extensive training in structural biology, biophysics and biomedical immunology. Dr. Joshi have not only provided leadership for NJBIOME’s business strategy but is also the inventor of NJBIOME’s proprietary technology.
